Sometimes, friends and prospects ask me to speak with them about how business coaching process is needed the growth of their businesses. While they are curious and anxious to behave significantly different from everybody else to change their results, I've had a few individuals say to me... "it's all stupid, this doesn't happen work." I have noticed that in nearly all organization, employees are either scared of expressing their minds to CEOs genuinely, or questioning a number of the decisions they made.
